• Subscriptions:

  • Quarterly Subscription: Automatically renews every three months.

Article 10: Duration and Termination

• No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription at the time of termination.

Termination by the Site:

• Linguvia.com reserves the right to terminate the User's subscription in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, notably in cases of fraud, abuse, or illicit use of the services.
• In the event of termination by the site, the User will be informed by email, and their rights will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

Effects of Termination:

• Upon termination of the subscription, the User will lose access to paid services from the effective date of termination.
• Content acquired during the subscription period will remain accessible until the end of the current period.
